Volunteer — Tbilisoba 2026

Thank you for volunteering! Your help means the world to us. Tbilisoba volunteers will have two roles: Setup Crew and Booth Assistant. Setup Crew is the default role and it will be what most volunteers will be assigned as. The setup crew will be asked to show up around 9am before the start of the event. Setup crew will help with getting the event ready, putting up tents, tables, etc... Once the event is over the Setup Crew is asked to help pack up the event as well. Booth Assistants are for those who can not help with setting up and performing strenuous lifts, carries, etc... The Booth Assistants will be assigned to a vendor booth before the event starts and will be instructed on how they can help the vendor. Booth Assistants are asked to show up an hour before the event starts. Setup Crew is not required to select a preferred role. No preferred role will most likely result in the Setup Crew role as we will require a lot more volunteers for setting up.
